Scope of these terms
These terms apply to use of the Elvio Services website and to enquiries, quotations and services arranged with us. Additional terms may apply to a particular quotation, booking or project, and those specific terms will take priority where they conflict.
Descriptions and quotations
Website descriptions are general information and do not constitute a survey or guarantee that a particular service is suitable for every property. A quotation or agreed scope should be relied upon for the specific work, price, assumptions and exclusions. Additional work may require customer approval before it proceeds.
Access and site conditions
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and for telling us about relevant hazards, restrictions, access arrangements or known defects. Hidden conditions can sometimes only become apparent once work begins and may affect scope or cost.
Specialist and regulated work
Some work requires specialist qualifications, certification or other controls. Elvio will not represent general property support as a substitute for regulated specialist services. Where specialist input is required, the appropriate professional or contractor may be used or recommended.
Cleaning and specialist cleaning
Cleaning outcomes depend on the condition, material, age and nature of the contamination or surface. Specialist or high-risk cleaning following incidents such as fire, flood or trauma may require a separate assessment, controls and specialist resources before work can be agreed.
Property and inventory services
Inventory and inspection reports record observations at the time of inspection. They are not structural surveys, legal advice or guarantees about hidden defects. Customers should obtain specialist advice where a condition requires it.
Payment and cancellation
Payment, deposits, cancellation arrangements and any applicable charges will be set out in the relevant quotation or booking terms. Customers should review those terms before confirming work.
